MCMA Conferences Each year the Association holds two training events for members: A Mid-Winter Training and Social Event held on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, is scheduled in late January or February. A three-day annual conference is held Wednesday through Friday of the first full week in May. Information regarding each conference is distributed to members via the MCMA listserv and posted on the homepage of this web site approximately 2-3 months prior to each event.
