Annual Conference Scholarships
MCMA is pleased to offer the MCMA Annual Conference Scholarship, which supports two first-time conference attendees who are interested in or beginning a career in city management.
The scholarship provides recipients with the opportunity to attend the MCMA Annual Conference, where they will:
• Gain an introduction to the city management profession
• Learn about current issues and best practices in local government
• Network with experienced city/county managers and peers
• Build professional skills and long-term engagement in the profession
We encourage MCMA members to share this opportunity with:
• Early-career professionals exploring or new to city/county management
• Students pursuing public administration or related degrees
• Local government interns
The scholarships cover conference registration and lodging charges.
