• Dianne Miller, City Administrator, City of Eagan (1st year of 2nd term)
• Jenny Max, City Administrator, City of Champlin (1st year of 1st term)
• John Mulder, City Administrator, City of Hermantown (1st year of 1st term)

Priorities:
• Respond to any ethics complaints that may arise
• Determine ways to keep ethics in front of the members
• Raise awareness of manager ethics with elected officials
